Brock Bushong was born August 15, 1991. He is a singer-songwriter from Austin, Texas. He has been writing and performing music for fans all throughout the U.S. since he was 17 years old. He was inspired and influenced at a young age by a diverse range of bands like of Boston, The Beatles, Led Zeppelin, B.B. King, Jet, John Mayer, and others. These music idols would later create the foundation for his contemporary/blue eyed soul sound.
Over the years, Brock found that songwriting was an easy outlet for self-expression, critical thinking and lyrical creativity. His passion for his lyrical poetry allowed him to work with producer Scott Faris of Amusement Park Records and debut his first full length debut album, Aurum at age 20. In it, his music is brought to life with the artful orchestration of captivating guitar solos, melodic strings, and pummeling drums. He has opened for many great artists, including Bob Schneider and Monte Montgomery.
Brock later joined with drummer and co-writer, Zaman Khan, to form the group Bravo Zulu. Bravo Zulu worked with Producer, Rick Del Castillo, on their 5 song debut EP, Origins. The band later moved to Los Angeles.
Brock currently resides in Austin, TX and tours with his bands throughout the U.S.
