Style Pilsner - German
Altstadt Pils is a crisp, refreshing German-style pilsner brewed in Fredericksburg, Texas. Made with 100% German Pilsner malt, this brilliant golden lager has a clean malt backbone balanced by Hallertau Mittelfrüh and Saaz hops. Floral aromas, light spice, and firm but approachable bitterness lead to a dry, clean finish.
Altstadt Pils earned gold in the German-Style Pilsener category at the 2026 Great American Beer Festival. The gold capped a successful competition year for Pils, which also earned silver medals at both the 2026 Texas Craft Brewers Cup and the 2026 U.S. Open Beer Championship.
Pairs well with schnitzel, bratwurst, grilled chicken, seafood, and pizza.
