Kölsch / 4.8% ABV / 20 IBU

Our Kolsch is a crisp, well-balanced blend of select German malts, noble hops, and top fermenting yeast. This results in a light-golden colored, refreshing beverage with just a kiss of hops at the end. This delicate brew is comparable to the finest beers originating from Cologne, only it's made right here in Texas!

Lager - Helles / 4.8% ABV / 20 IBU

Altstadt’s traditional Munich-style Helles Lager is a bright, clean, malt-driven beverage brewed with the finest German malted barley. We’ve added just enough noble hops from the Hallertau region to balance out it’s malty character. Cold fermenting yeast from Weihenstephan rounds out this golden, refreshing German brew, made right here in Texas!

Pilsner - German / 5.1% ABV / 25 IBU

In tradition with Germany’s take on the classic Pilsner style, our Pils is a full-bodied, crisp and refreshing beer. The fine golden color comes from using 100% German Pilsner malt. Hallertau Mittelfrueh and Saaz hops add a slightly spicy note to balance out the malt backbone.

Hefeweizen / 5.1% ABV / 10 IBU

A traditional German Wheat beer. More than half of the malt used in this full-bodied brew is made up of German malted wheat. But the star of this brew is the yeast! Fermented in our open fermentation vessels, the yeast is free to impart a variety of fruity and spicy clove-like flavors.

Lager - Euro Pale / 3.5% ABV / 19 IBU

A session-able, low calorie German-style lager that doesn't sacrifice flavor! The perfect balance of malt and hops delivers a floral and slightly sweet aroma, a smooth light body, and a clean, dry finish.

Altbier / 4% ABV / 25 IBU

A customary ale of Dusseldorf. A full-bodied yet smooth, flavorful brew with a brilliant amber color from a mix of German Pilsner, Munich, and Crystal malts, and balanced out with Saphir and Spalt hops.

Shandy / Radler / 3.2% ABV / 14 IBU

This Radler is a Texas Hill Country take on the classic German beverage. We've taken our gold-medal winning lager and blended it with world-famous Fredericksburg peaches and real fruit juice. The result is a light, crisp and refreshing drink perfect for the hot Texas summers.

IPA - Session / India Session Ale / 5% ABV / 40 IBU

Our German-Style IPA uses only premium hops from Germany’s prime hop-growing regions. A mix of Mandarina Bavaria, Huell Melon, and Hallertau Blanc hops gives this IPA a fruity and tropical hop aroma and flavor far more approachable than your average American India Pale Ale. Brewed with German pale, Vienna, and wheat malts and a German ale yeast … But the stars of this beer are the hops.

Schwarzbier / 4.8% ABV / 22 IBU

A traditional German "Black Beer". While not as dark as the name implies, the use of Pilsner malts accompanied by dark Munich, Crystal, and roasted malts give this brew a dark brown color with brilliant red hues. Easily our darkest brew, it is also one of our most easy-drinking.

Lager - Vienna / 5% ABV / 26 IBU

A traditional Vienna Lager brewed with Pilsner, Munich, and a heavy dose of Vienna malt balanced out with just the right amount of Mittelfruh hops. Orignally brewed in 1841 by Anton Dreher, the Vienna Lager was heavily inspired by British pale, red, and dark ales. While this style is fading in Europe, it is thriving just south of the border and is commonly known today as Mexican Lager.

Barleywine - English / 10.7% ABV / 50 IBU

Crafted by our Head of Quality Assurance, Tyler Goggans, this English Barleywine features English Maris Otter and crystal malts, balanced with UK Challenger hops. This strong ale offers a rich malt sweetness with complex flavors of caramel, toffee, and hints of raisin, all leading to a warm finish. With its robust strength, this beer is meant to be enjoyed slowly, to fully appreciate the intricate flavors and warmth of this classic English style.

Porter - English / 4.9% ABV / 20 IBU

Our brewer, Carlos Santiago, has crafted a smooth and delicious English-style Porter. This dark beer features a complex malt profile of Pilsner, Crystal, and Chocolate malts, with oats, and balanced with a subtle addition of Willamette hops. The body is light and smooth with a creamy texture and a dark brown color with ruby hues. The flavor and aroma is a mix of light toasty notes with hints of fruity esters, as well as hints of chocolate and light caramel. Carlos has crafted a Porter that is a true testament to his dedication to the craft of brewing.
